Well-- we are excited to offer a special tasting this week that incorporates our very own Little Village Farm raised rabbit. This tasting will be available for CSA members and farmstand visitors that come by on Friday, October 2nd.
This dish, brought to you by CSA member and chef Sefton Stallard, includes our very own potatoes, garlic, and carrots. In a nutshell, this dish involves braising the rabbit, creating a flavorful stock, and roasting the garlic, potatoes, and carrots.
