This is prime canning and preserving season! With a few easy steps and a little (ok, sometimes a lot) of time you can be eating this food in the winter!
Zucchini is a perfect example. Simply, run through the shredder blade on your food processor, bag and freeze. Come winter, defrost and put it in soups, breads, or make some relish!
Tomatoes are so easy to can and versatile in winter cooking! Ask about case prices.
Speaking of chillier months the turkeys are growing nicely! There are some available to reserve for your Thanksgiving table. Speak to Cara or Julia to reserve yours.
