Farmstand Harvest: September 2nd-4th

Happy Labor Day!

And now, we begin the descent down the other side of this harvest season. You will notice the produce list begin to shrink as the days get shorter and cooler. Get your goods now and put them away for the colder months!

Did you notice the Farmstand's "firsts' continued? We feel like we are watching a child grow during their first year. A floor. A door. Now stairs and our first WALL! This year's growth has been beyond exciting and it is our sincere hope to have wiring and insulation before, well.....you know. (We dare not speak the S-word yet)

This week we have a featured recipe recommended by one of our CSA shareholders, Kuri Squash Soup from Food & Wine. A great warm soup to make when the days turn chilly.

For now, it still feels like summer so come on out and get:
