Happy Columbus Day!
Fall in Vermont is such a beautiful time! The colors are popping everywhere and the temperatures are lovely. Hope to see you at the farmstand this weekend. We aren't sure yet when we are shutting down for a break, but will let you know as soon as we decide!
This Weekend our hours will be:
Friday 11 - 6, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 11-5
We will not be open on Monday.
Be sure to check out the recipe of the week for a Roasted Vegetable Salad with Goat Cheese courtesy of Martha Stewart. Although we don't have any greens right now we do have three delicious spice packets to season your roasted veggies with! Add some flavor to your salad with:
- Roasted Mediterranean/Parmesan Spices

Then continue your meal with any of the following:
