Farmstand Harvest: July 22-24th

Last week we had seven varieties of microgreens! A microgreen is a tiny vegetable green that is used as flavor component in salads. In fact, I had a microgreen salad last week of three varieties and it was amazing!  Read below for this week's flavor options.

**HOURS: Friday 1-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday 11am-4pm**

This week at the farmstand: 

  • High Mowing's Signature Mesclun Mix
  • Arugula
  • Radishes (last week)
  • Rainbow Chard Bunches
  • Red and Siberian Kale Bunches (ask for these as they are kept chilled until sale)
  • Tomatillos
  • Snap Peas
  • Beet Greens (last week)
  • Hungarian Wax Peppers
  • Jalapeno Peppers
  • Cayenne Peppers
  • MICROGREENS: Basil, Red Beet, Pea Shoots
  • HERBS: Dill, Sweet Basil, Lemon Basil, Oregano, Mint, Thyme, Summer Savory, Sage, and Potted Thai Basil

Crochet Head to Toe - Locally made crocheted items for all ages, including  reusable products for your kitchen.

Daisy Doodle Design - Local artist and teacher, Christa Valente,  creates whimsical, line and doodle embellished words, quotes and images as well as illustrations and custom artwork.

May's Playce - Local artist and the Original Intern at Little Village Farm, Sarah May, creates Grateful Gear for the Grateful Family using a variety of mediums.
